Eydent Connect is a connection between participating WreckMaster-managed WooCommerce websites and QuickBooks Online. It is provided by WreckMaster Inc. to authorized administrators of those websites and QuickBooks companies. These terms apply to the use of that connection, including when it is used with ArborMAX or another participating website.

What the connection does

An authorized administrator can connect a QuickBooks Online company to a participating website. The connection can use paid WooCommerce order information to create sales receipts in the selected QuickBooks company. The administrator is responsible for choosing the correct QuickBooks company and reviewing accounting settings, taxes, currency, and receipts. Refunds and accounting corrections may require manual review.

Your authorization

Only connect a QuickBooks company if you have authority to grant access to it and to use the related order data for accounting. Do not use the connection to submit information you are not authorized to access or share. QuickBooks access is granted through Intuit’s authorization screen; do not give your QuickBooks password to WreckMaster or enter it into the website plugin.

Availability and accuracy

The connection depends on WooCommerce, the participating website, and Intuit services. It may be interrupted by service changes or errors. Review the resulting QuickBooks records before relying on them for bookkeeping, reporting, tax filing, or reconciliation. WreckMaster may suspend the connection to address a security or operational issue.

Ending a connection

An authorized administrator may remove the connection from the participating website and may also revoke the app’s access in QuickBooks Online. Disconnecting does not automatically remove sales receipts already created in QuickBooks or historical WooCommerce orders.
